What we hold, and why

FlowBioLinks is an account-based studio. To run your account we hold your registration details, your credit balance and transaction records, the prompts and briefs you submit, the media you generate or upload, and the technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. We hold this to provide the studio you registered for — not to build advertising profiles, and not for sale.

Private by default

Generated and uploaded media rests private in your account. Media becomes visible to others only where you publish it yourself, and unpublishing takes effect immediately. Uploads used as sources for transformations are never displayed by the studio.

Sharing

We share data only where the service cannot run without it — payment processing for credit packs, infrastructure and security providers — and where the law requires it. Processors receive the minimum the task needs.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. Deleting your account deletes its library and records with it, subject to the retention the law imposes on transaction records.

Adults only

This service is for adults. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their data deleted.
